WHO AM I?

I am a trained advertising professional, wife, mother, and passionate about the Word of God. My love for art blossomed in creating toys and scenes for special occasions, all crafted from cardboard boxes.

In 2018, as an amateur artist, I participated in the inauguration of the Museum of Contemporary Christian Art, Sic Bartäo, in Cuiabá/MT. A special moment marked this occasion, with the auction of one of my works, the proceeds of which were entirely donated to the Cancer Hospital of Mato Grosso, reaffirming the transformative power of art for a noble cause.

In 2020, the challenges of the pandemic were not obstacles but opportunities to delve even deeper into the intricate layers of the artistic universe. Throughout this period, I immersed myself in enriching courses, refining my techniques, and laying the groundwork for a solid transition towards professionalization.

The year 2022 marked a significant chapter in my journey when I participated in my first group exhibition titled "The Bible Parade" at the Sic Bartäo museum. I created an art installation called "FOLLOW ME TO THE FUTURE," where we covered the museum walls with cardboard and pages from the Bible (from Genesis to the book of Jude) and concluded with a 2-meter-long horse draped with pages from the book of Revelation.

Continuing to go with the flow, the year 2023 brought another valuable opportunity. My work "Matthew 16:26" was featured in the exhibition "The Rich Young Man," also at Sic Bartäo.

Cardboard is my creative treasure, my unique raw material. I see it as a versatile gift that allows me to transmute the simple into something genuinely unique.

Each piece I create is an ode to transformation, a tribute to the ability to elevate the ordinary to the extraordinary through art.
